Here, customers will receive assistance in setting up their accounts and getting their campaigns started. Training is delivered interactively via phone appointments and screen-share software demonstrations.

Advance Support and Campaign Management - COMING SOON

This paid service offers 5 hours of detailed training and consultation. A Messaging Toolkit specialist will be assigned to each customer and work one-on-one with them. Over the span of 30-days, the specialist will monitor their progress, make adjustments, and troubleshoot their campaign to make it the best it can be.

Marketing Consultation - COMING SOON

For professional marketing assistance, this paid service offers detailed consultation for their Toolkit marketing campaign. This intensive package includes strategic marketing guidance and assistance with OSP design, email template design, and content editing for one marketing campaign using the Toolkit.
